Upon mutual agreement and based on the following:

An invitation email is sent to all participants
An advert or invitation is placed in your reception area, workshop area, on your website or your newsletter several days prior to date of workshop or presentation
Venue or catering costs (if any) are for clients account
The required minimum delegates or guests attend the presentation. Should less than the required delegates attend, a minimum fee will be charged.
